where can i find some cheap, good quality, but generic prescription swimming goggles?
where can i find some cheap, good quality (won’t break, wont leak, has fog protection, good fit, nice straps), but generic prescription (like if my prescription is 6.50 and 6.25 w astigmatism, I would just get 6.00 for both eyes without having to show prescription) swimming goggles?

Cheap and good quality do not normally mesh well. If you want a good quality product that does all you want your going to have to pay for it really. Since from the sounds of it you will use them allot I do not see how it would not be worth it.

Eye doctors sometimes have prescription goggles for sale.
I use the speedo vanquish optical goggles.
I got them at aardvark skim and sport.
They go down to -8.0
