Those are the diopters. Ask you eye doc for the prescription to make sure you order the right ones. Chances are that your eyes won’t have the exact same Rx. As long as they are close, order the higher one. Mine are -5.5 . They go up to -8.0 .

Check your prescription for glasses and choose the goggles that are closest to it.
