Could i be allergic to my swimming goggles?

this winter during my swim season i got terrible goggles marks and red peeling skin around my eyes that hurt a lot. the marks went away in the off season. now, i just started summer season last week and after just 3 times of swimming they are back. they don’t actually hurt during swimming but after swimming, after a shower, and after sweating at all (like running) it burns badly.

my goggles are speedo vanquishers. could i be allergic to something in them? what should i do about it? i put vaseline and stuff on it but it still hurts.
