Getting new goggles.?

I need some help getting goggles for swimming. It will be competitive, so I suppose I need racing goggles?
I know they need to feel comfortable, but for me comfort< drag reduction.

here is my prescription: O.D -675 cylinder -100; O.S -675 cylinder -100. I saw some cheap Rx goggles on the net for < . The custom made one would cost me > 0. The cheap ones on the net are typically in increment of 0.5 or 1 such as negative 1, 2, 3, 4, 4.5, 5.5, etc. for cmy case, can I get a pair of -7 or -6.5 (my actual Rx is -675 = -6.75?)? I believe those cheap ones do not correct stigmatism?

How do you keep swimming goggles from fogging up very easily?

I recently got a pool, and gear like goggles, so of course I use them, but they fog up very easily. Does any one know an easy fix for this, or at least a way to keep my goggles from fogging up extremely fast? Plz help!
