okay i havent gone to swimming lessons in a really long time and im training for swim team over the summer. what are my must haves to bring to swimming?

FULLY Mirrored Swim Goggles?

ok. so my girlfriend is doing water-polo as a sport this year and she told me she wants mirrored goggles for christmas.

but her request was to have them fully mirrored where her opponents cant see her eyes at all.

anybody know any specific goggle that is fully mirrored?

What Is The Life Span Of A Pair Of Goggles?

Have a question about swim goggles. I started swimming on a regular basis about two months ago, and I bought a pair of goggles. They worked great for the first few weeks, but lately they’ve really become cloudy and corroded, and therefore very hard to see through, plus they don’t hold a seal around my eyes the way they did when I first got them.

Granted, they’re not very expensive (they were about .00 and change online, plus S&H), but they worked better for me than a more expensive pair I actually tried on at a swim shop. I followed the directions and rinsed them with plain water after each use, but that hasn’t really helped to clean them.

Is there a product I can buy that will help clean the inside and outside of goggles without scratching them? Or is it just time to buy another pair?

Question about Optical Goggles, HELP URGENT!?

I have a diopter of -3.25 on both my eyes (left & right).

i was shopping yesterday for OPTICAL SWIMMING GOGGLES. so i can see clearly when swimming, the only problem is that the prescription choices are:

1) Diopter -3.0
2) Diopter -3.5

Ok, so what number is equivalent to -3.25?

Swimming Goggles?

I need some pretty good goggles. Not a fancy 50 dollar one for racing. BUt like i go swimming alot & i need new goggles. I want one thats comfortable & will not let any water fill in AT ALL.

what is the correct method to apply anti fog liquid to swimming goggles ?

Which is correct ?
1)apply the anti-fog liquid ,leave over night or more days for it to dry & real dry.
2)a swiimming instructor told me that was wrong.It should be that before u swim apply the liquid & wash it w. water ,then rinse w. water again.
